Saurabh Bansal, professor of supply chain management in the Smeal College of Business, was among three Penn State faculty members who were selected as Administrative Fellows for the 2024-25 academic year. The program provides participants with the opportunity to work closely with senior University officers, gaining insights into leadership and decision-making in higher education.

Saurabh Bansal, will work with Sara Thorndike, senior vice president for Finance and Business and University treasurer. Bansal’s participation highlights his expertise in operations and supply chain management.

The Administrative Fellows Program fosters professional development by pairing participants with experienced University leaders, providing opportunities to deepen their understanding of institutional operations and administrative contexts across Penn State’s campuses.
