Sherise Curd, vice president of human resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for HPE Operations, has been named to the Tarriff Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility Advisory Board. Curd will serve a three-year term, bringing her extensive expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation to the board.
Curd began her career at Hewlett Packard in 1997 in finance before transitioning to human resources, where she led the company’s University Recruiting Program. As a Gallup-certified strengths coach, she is committed to helping individuals discover their potential and enhance their quality of life. Her leadership has been recognized through roles in nonprofit organizations, including the Twelve Days of Christmas Inc., where she served as vice chair of the National Board and vice president of the Houston chapter.
Curd earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA from Penn State, underscoring her deep connection to the University. Her role on the advisory board will include strategic planning, student engagement, and advancing initiatives that promote business ethics and social responsibility. Curd’s professional achievements and dedication to community service align with the Tarriff Center’s mission to foster ethical leadership.
